1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and vlpjl ("vlpjl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at vlpjl.cam.

3 Eligibility

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each Account must represent a single, individually identified natural person.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To participate in real-money games on vlpjl, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Account on the vlpjl Platform at any given time. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any other person. vlpjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify vlpjl immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

vlpjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail verification may be restricted or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vlpjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer. Supported methods may change from time to time and current options are displayed on the Platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (One Hundred Philippine Peso) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. vlpjl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered to the Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 unless stated otherwise. All Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. vlpjl processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately 15 minutes and bank transfers within one to three business hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or pending verification requirements.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. vlpjl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts and, following appropriate notice, may close dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available through the vlpjl Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to those specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or related winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the terms of each promotion. vlpjl counts different game types at varying contribution rates toward wagering requirements; full details are provided with each offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or any other form of bonus exploitation — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vlpjl reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void related winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 RNG Certification

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games available on the vlpjl Platform use independently certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by the Platform, vlpjl, or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all applicable games are published within each game's information panel.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are conducted with physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels in professional studio environments and are streamed via video feed. All live games are subject to the Game Rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live dealer session, the round will be declared void and all wagers for that round will be returned to players.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, connectivity failure, or other technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, vlpjl's decision regarding the voiding or reinstating of any affected round or wager shall be final. vlpjl is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Void Games

vlpjl reserves the right to void any wager or game outcome that has been awarded in error, including errors caused by software defects, data corruption, or unauthorized interference. Any funds paid to a Player as a result of an erroneous outcome may be reclaimed by vlpjl.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vlpjl Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all associated funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or using false identity information during registration.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws or regulations.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game vulnerabilities, or Platform bugs for financial gain.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players or the normal operation of the Platform.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

vlpjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or reasonably suspected.
• A Player fails to complete identity verification to vlpjl's satisfaction.
• A Player has been found to be under 21 years of age.
• Unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent activity has been detected on the Account.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion through vlpjl's responsible gaming tools.
• vlpjl is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player following satisfactory resolution of any outstanding investigations. Bonus Funds and related winnings will be forfeited in the event of a Terms breach.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the vlpjl Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of vlpjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No license is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content of the Platform without vlpjl's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vlpjl shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

vlpjl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy

vlpjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Platform at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vlpjl implements industry-standard security measures to protect Player data and will not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform and as required by applicable law or regulation.

13 Responsible Gaming

In the event of a dispute between a Player and vlpjl, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with vlpjl's customer support team. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the applicable regulatory authority in the Philippines.
